LITERATURE REVIEW: MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS OF FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE IN SMA
The management of facilities and infrastructure in senior high schools is an arrangement within school governance that needs to be supported in order to create an effective and efficient school that can fully support learning activities. This aligns with the ideals of the independent curriculum, which emphasizes flexible learning based on projects to foster students' creativity and character. In several educational institutions, especially senior high schools, this matter is often neglected, so teachers need to be resourceful to ensure that what they convey can be understood by students. Therefore, the author intends to study this topic in greater depth using a literature review research method aimed at examining (1) the quality of education, (2) the effectiveness of learning, and (3) the facilities available in the school. The author has filtered 10 research journals obtained from the Google Scholar channel. It can be concluded that efficient and effective management requires efforts to improve teachers' skills/ Staff appointed as responsible for facilities and infrastructure. Improving skills can minimize failures in administration and management. Facilities and infrastructure are not only intended to fulfill completeness but also serve as school quality branding. In this regard, there are several aspects to consider in facility and infrastructure management, namely: (1) planning the procurement of facilities, (2) procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure, (3) inventory of facilities and infrastructure, (4) utilization of educational facilities and infrastructure, (5) removal of facilities and infrastructure.
