Abstract

The Influence of Internal Communication and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Multi Sari Idaman

Employee performance is an important factor in supporting the achievement of company goals. At PT Multi Sari Idaman, internal communication has not been fully effective and employee work motivation is still dominated by extrinsic factors, thus potentially affecting performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of internal communication and work motivation on employee performance at PT Multi Sari Idaman. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative research type. The population in this study amounted to 40 employees and all of them were sampled (saturated sample). Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, and data processing using SPSS 27. Based on the results of the study, it shows that internal communication and work motivation partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study is expected to provide practical contributions to companies in improving the effectiveness of communication and work motivation, as well as theoretical contributions to the development of human resource management studies.
