Abstrak

THE INFLUENCE OF E-RECRUITMENT, COMPENSATION, AND COMPANY REPUTATION ON INTEREST IN APPLYING FOR JOBS IN JOB PORTALS IN GENERATION Z IN SAWANGAN DISTRICT

The development of digital technology has transformed the employee recruitment process through the implementation of job portal–based e-recruitment, particularly among Generation Z, who have a high level of familiarity with technology. However, the high unemployment rate of Generation Z in Sawangan District indicates that the effectiveness of digital recruitment has not yet been fully optimized and is presumed to be influenced by e-recruitment, compensation, and company reputation. This study aims to analyze the effect of e-recruitment, compensation, and company reputation on job application intention through job portals among Generation Z in Sawangan District. This research employs a quantitative approach using a causal associative method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 Generation Z respondents aged 18–28 years residing in Sawangan District. The data analysis techniques included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results indicate that e-recruitment, compensation, and company reputation have a positive and significant effect on job application intention, both partially and simultaneously. This study is expected to serve as a basis for companies to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of recruitment processes and enhance company attractiveness to potential job applicants.
