DESIGN OF AN EMPLOYEE ABSENCE SYSTEM USING WEBSITE-BASED GPS (CASE STUDY: PAHLAWAN PHARMACY)
This study aims to examine the development of an information system to support effective and efficient archive management and mail administration. The information system is designed as a solution to the problem of manual data management, which often causes obstacles in data retrieval, storage, and security. The development method used is the Agile approach, which allows the development process to be carried out in stages and is adaptive to user needs. In its implementation, the system was built using web-based technology by utilizing XAMPP as a local server, Visual Studio Code as an editor, and the CodeIgniter framework to facilitate application development. System modeling was carried out using UML to describe the system flow and structure in a structured manner. The results of this study indicate that the developed information system is able to improve archiving efficiency, simplify the management of incoming and outgoing mail, and provide faster and more accurate access to information. Thus, this system is expected to support organizational performance in digital and integrated administrative management.
