THE EFFECT OF SELF-EFFICACY ON ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT OF STUDENTS IN PHASE C AT STATE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 219 SUKARAYA, SUKARAYA VILLAGE, BONE-BONE DISTRICT
This study aims to determine the self-efficacy level of Phase C students, the level of Islamic Religious Education learning achievement of Phase C students, and the effect of self-efficacy on Islamic Religious Education learning achievement of Phase C students at the UPT SD Negeri 219 Sukaraya. This study was quantitative with an ex-post facto approach. The population was all 46 students in grades V and VI. Saturated sampling was used as the sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, report card documentation, observations, and interviews. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 22 software using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the self-efficacy level of Phase C students was in the high category (78.3%), while the Islamic Religious Education learning achievement of Phase C students was in the low category (54.3%). The regression test showed a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, indicating a significant effect of self-efficacy on learning achievement. The coefficient of determination R Square value of 0.259 shows that self-efficacy contributes 25.9% to learning achievement, while 74.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
